First Smoke in my Smoke Vault

Ribs were done with the 2-2-1 Ribeye roast was Well done which my wife likes but next time I will pull it sooner. Everyone still loved it. Peppers went over well and the chicken was Awesome. Can't wait till the next meal on my new smoker.

Everything look good to me and yea I would pull the prime rib alot earlier then that next time.
