First smoke in Florida

Got the family moved to Florida and received household goods but a lot was damaged. Worst PCS move in 16 years in terms of damage but that's another story. Friends and neighbors are tired of hearing about the smoker and ribs so I decided to show them what all the fuss is about.

This thing has been in storage for 4 months so I hope I remember how to work it. Got 3 racks of St. Louis ribs on.
