Okay I started today at 6am with #15 of pepperoni sticks. While that was in the smoker , I mixed #10 of ground beef and stuffed 6 ring bologna casings. It's now 7:30 pm and they are finally done !!

Thanks Bear, I made sticks before but this was my first try a RB. I must say it tastes pretty darn good ! nice smoke flavor
