There’s nothing wrong with using some sweet baby rays. It’s my go to sauce for a lot of things. I like making my own, and doing a little experimenting, but I usually don’t have the time for it, so I stay stocked up on sweet baby rays. I like the sweet & spicy for most stuff, but they are all pretty good. So what type of rub are you using? I’m just curious. I recently made my own rub for ribs and chicken. It’s got great flavor, but I have a couple changes I want to make to enhance the redness. I’m trying to achieve that deep mahogany red color lol. I’m gonna have to tell my wife other people do ribs ever week. Maybe she will let me. She is the boss after all!
