First 'real' run on the new WSM: Picnic & Ribs

Been smoking some meats today, a picnic roast and some ribs.

My previous 'smoker' was my Weber kettle grill, so this is definitely an upgrade.

That's some great looking food! I just bought a used kettle to have some fun with,but that WSM is a great smoker for sure!

Beauty ribs! I still use my kettle more than my WSM for most smokes. I just picked up a new 22 inch master touch for that reason.
