So I just finished my first runs in the smoker. Rub had brown sugar, paprika, cayenne, black pepper, salt, onion powder, and garlic powder. Put rub on then waited an hour. Cooked at 225 for theee hours then wrapped in foil it's a ittle Shock Top Belgium ale cooked for another 2 hours. Finally took them out of the foil and smothered in BBQ sauce for one more hours YUMMY!!!!
 
I'd say you NAILED IT!!!!!
