Picked up a prime rib the other day it was on sale and weighed 7.80 #. I covered it in lea and Perkins Worcestershire thick sauce and rubbed it with sea salt black pepper onion powder and garlic powder and refrigerated over night. Ps stole the recipe from bearcarver on here thanks for posting. Fired up the Master forge smoker at 12:15 put the prime rib on at 1:00. Hope it turns out good.

Turned out very good I did take it to 147* the wife and kiddos do not like it to red. It was very tender and tasty. I am excited to do another one.
