First Prime Rib

After alot of searching of this site I decided to try my first Prime Rib. Must say after all the great advise I read it turned out great. Only thing I would do different next time is try cherry or apple instead of Hickory to see which I like more. But once again Great site and great advice from the members!

Nice smoke! Cherry or a mixture of cherry-pecan or cherry-kiawe is my favorite, especially on beef.
