First of all a big shout out to everyone on this forum. I got a Camp Chef pellet smoker for Father’s Day and have been cranking out deliciousness ever since. My wife and kids think I’m a smoke wizard. Little do they know it’s because of you guys. Especially Al. Thanks Al.

Doing a brisket this morning. Nothing special. SPOG and beef broth.

At 158. Not much bark. Maybe because it was a corned beef packer and I soaked it for a while. Anyways, waiting to get to 170 so I can foil.
