hi folks.
First time check in.
Northern CA.
Hunting, fishing, cooking and eating.
Primarily use a Weber BBQ and a Brinkman propane smoker.
I purchased a meat grinder and have been having lots of fun with that.
Looking forward to this place of like minded folks.
From what I've browsed thus far I'm impressed by everyone's input.
What ends up on the plate before me is completely up to me, and I love (making) good food.
