Having a get together with some folks from church. Bryce has bee talking up my cooking. So I got volun-told that I was cooking.

Is that the rumored thin blue smoke? Oak wood running 250 degrees at the grate. more to come later.

Glad to see ya back at it . Smoker looks great , food sounds great , but my eyes went right to that roof framing .

Temps upped to 300 degrees hoping not to have rubbery skin. Now to wait on the finish!
