Kroger has a good sale on boneless pork loins this week, so I decided to give one a try on the MES30 with an 8 lb loin. Thanks to the wealth of knowledge here on SMF, I found it a walk in the park on how to go about doing my loin. I just mixed a batch of what I had left among a few different rubs and some creole seasoning. I was pleased with the end results.
