I did some pork belly in a commercial sugar cure. Smoked over sweet cherry wood. Sliced and frozen. It's all gone now so it's time to do it again.

Your bacon looks great. Personally I prefer cold smoked bacon.
But I sure wouldn’t turn down a slice of yours!
