I wanted to try a breaded version vs doing bacon wrapped so i pre lightly browned them and then quickly sent them to the mini with some apple.  Turned out well imo, very pleased. Thanks for looking!

Looks great! Whst temp were you running? We've had decent luck "oven frying" by coating the chix in Dijon mustard then dredging in a 50/50 mix of grated Parmesan and Panko bread crumbs. Then baking at 400 until browned and 165 inside. Haven't tried on the smoker yet but nice weather has to be here eventually...

My therm crapped out on me and i didn't bother using my Mav so I'd guess maybe 300*....  but anywhere between 300-400 would be fine for sure.  Giving it a quick pre fry in some oil/butter definitely helped i think.
