The shelves are actually just heavy duty cooling racks I found on amazon for 7 bucks a piece. .I made stainless angle 16 ga.frames and bolted them in place to hold it up..the racks just sit on that so I can remove to clean them

I've been using it for a few months. .I just finally finished painting it. ..I've done ribs, chicken and pork butts so far. . Salmon fishing this weekend so hopefully that's next

Well we had a local competition over the weekend. Ribs and chicken. 14 teams and grand prize was a large green egg. My fridge smoker pulled out its first grand champion prize. I sold the egg and pocketed a grand. Jackpot lol

15 degrees out and snow today. .155 degrees inside smoker full of deer sticks. .snow on top of smoker didn't melt
