Got my smoker up to about 200 seared the roast put it in the smoke chamber and it starts raining
and I'm done it was delicious
Sounds and looks tasty.
I used the beef broth too I learned off of here and some tenderiser it worked perfectly
Looks good! Wish I had some elk in my freezer.
