After hearing about this many times in here, I thought I'd take a crack at it. Turned out pretty darn good! Chicken still has a weird mouth feel for me(don't do cancer kids!), but the wife loved it. Nevermind the christmas plate, I was too lazy to unload the dishwasher before supper

I couldn't even see past the chicken to notice the plates lol! Bird looks awesome tho!

Nice work. I've never had it but after seeing yours and others I'm gonna take some birds for a kettle ride tomorrow
 
Shoot Id eat that great looking bird right off the grate. Looks darn good to me!

Good work. I love that chicken.

We're getting ready to leave now to head to the annual chicken bbq in a little town north of here. Wouldn't be 4th of July without it.
