In case any of you R.T. guys were wondering, the Green mountain pizza attachment fits perfectly in my R.T. Beast 1000, no mods or bending tabs needed, it's a direct fit. I'll probably attempt to make my dough tonight so it's ready by Tuesday or Wednesday.
It's been a little bit since I made pies, we'll see how it goes.

I am gonna try the coffee rub on the next one I do, which rub do you use?

I usually use the Traeger coffee rub. The last time I used one I bought at a farmers market. It was good also.
