First cook on my new Traeger 07E with Q-view

I finally bought myself a Traeger over the weekend. Due to work reasons I was unable to get it going until today. I had some thick cut pork chops from Costco, sliced in a pocket and stuffed with pork StoveTop. I rubbed them with some Penzey's Spices Galena St. rub and tossed them to smoke for about an hour and then finished them off at 325. Wife was happy and so was I. First cook was a success.

Smokin some jerky tomorrow!
