Hello my name is Nate I live in Pennsylvania I got an Akron grill/smoker in June made a couple of couple of things on it but this is my first chuck roast wanted to start with this instead of a briskest so it wouldn't be as painful if I screw it up

What was the IT?  It might not have cooked long enough if it was tough and dry.
