Hit a rediculous stall. Still on and at 200* now. Still a slight resistance with the probe at the center. Going to let it hit 203-205.

Pulled off and double wrapped in foil for a rest!

Looks great I would say the temp and wind added a lot of time to the cook,I have yet to get a blanket for mine yet but Have not done any long smokes in the cold much,been more wet than cold here
