After a recent post from indaswamp on making Bratwurst I decided to make some but w/o going to store. Did a freezer search and came out with a piece of Boston butt and a hunk of deer. Used 3.5# pork & 1.5# venison. Mixed with spices then stuffed. In frig for the night

Into crockpot with beer, onions, butter, some garlic & pepper for a 8 hr. sauna bath. Going to crack open jar of kraut to go with this later. Thanks for looking!
