First BB ribs on my new WSM(Q-view)

Just got my new smoker yesterday and decided to do BB ribs to start things off. It was VERY windy today and I had a helluva time getting the chimney going, but everything went well for my first time. The wife was a big fan.

Looks tasty,what did you use for wood? Looks like some spare space for more goodies as well! I suggest next time some without foil experimenting is half the fun!

I used Apple wood. Next time I'll try without foil.
