First attempt at Q-view Snack Sticks

I made up some Pepper snack sticks last night using The SausageMakers Peppered Dried Sausage premix seasoning. the first time we tried this mix it was good but had no kick, so we added alittle red pepper flake this time. We started with 6.8 lb's of chuck in 19 mm colagen's, and ended up ten hours later with 4.6 lb's.. came out darn good, if I say so myself.

Stuffed and ready for a night in the frig.

Finished and hanging in the garage,

One thing I did notice is I got to work on my pic's skill's, they actually look better then the pic's.

Good eye there 1894, needed sometime to hang them from and it was way to cold to go fishin.

As a youngin I used one for fishing in nine mile creek , think it's still hanging in my parents garage.
