Hello fellow smokers!  This is my first time to purchase a electric smoker but after all the reviews and comments from friends I decided to go out and get one.  I live in Fort Worth TX and have always loved smoked meat.  Being in TJ military I have traveled many places around this world, but for me, there is no place like TX for smoked food.  By the way I lived in NC for about 8 years so I know about Carolina BBQ too.  Last night I did the initial seasoning that it calls for in the manual.  Today, 10lb brisket and two 3lb while chickens.
