Hello everyone!
My name is Evan Davis; I've been grilling for a while with charcoal and propane and I'm ready for something new. I just bought an Outdoor Gourmet Wood/Water Charcoal smoker and am looking forward to grilling some ribs on it. Being from Texas, I definitely know how to tear up a cow so it's time to try my luck with smoking. I've learned some tips from Kansas City masters in BBQ sauce, and I look forward to hearing some tips that the masters on this forum have to share!

Happy 2014,

Evan Davis
