I finally got the smoke house up and running. Thanks to all on this board, I used a little from this and a little from that. It's still a work in progress...... I fired up the maze for 1st. time this morning, working like a charm.

Got some bacon and cheese going on right now.

Very nice smoke house.... Are you using the cracks in the boards for air/smoke in/out.... Dave
 
Hey Dave,

Yes , between the floor, the  door and roof there seems to be ample room for air in and smoke out.
 
That smoke house is very old school...... the "older" generation can see the value in it..... That includes me...... HAHAHAHA .....
 
I haven't figured it yet (saved the receipts) but it's under $200.00, I'm guessing about $150.00-175.00. It could have been cheaper if I had thought it out a bit before I started. But it was a fun project that I've put off for a long time.
