So I've been lurking/researching this site for several years. It helped me get ideas for my smoker build. So, thank you all for that. I made my first batch of bratwrust from my bear I got last year. They turned out great. I have become very interested in making more types of sausages and also want to make some bacon.

The smoker I built is a reverse flow vertical cabinet type. Took me a long time to design and built it. More time designing than building. I'll try and post some pictures below. I live in a small town in western Colorado.
