Finally made some ABT's!

Mmm mmm, good!  So I finally got around to trying these out after my SIL brought over some PP tonight to go with the lobster bisque we had tonight.

Got motivated to start with a few frosty cold beverages..

Cleaned out the peppers and got started..

Can't forget the bacon!

A little over 2 hours in the TBS and.. Viola!

Mighty tasty, if I do say so myself!

Finally getting a handle on the actual smoke issue, got decent flavor, and the garage will smell great for days!  AND I have a few left for later today!

Oddly enough, I have been to Pandora, OH before.  They had, or might still have, a place out there that sells Triumph parts and I needed a few pieces for my TR7!
