Come across the forum many times during cooks and figured it was time to join. Started smoking about 10 years ago with Brinkmans and then purchased a Horizon 16" Ranger about three years ago. Pretty decent at briskets, ribs and butts. Also bust out the la caja china a couple times a year for a full hog or lamb.
