One of the places that I worked on in Hawaii had an infinity pool with a fire fountain in the middle. I suppose one could have roasted hotdogs and marshmallows there!

Ive tried to hang a small BBQ on the back of the boat, buts its too much trouble, easier to pull up to the tiki hut and get a grouper sandwich or some yellow fin tuna taco's

I had a gimballed bbq on my sailboat. I bet I could make the Mini-WSM into a gimballed smoker!

bet you could, sail boats are easier due to the rear railing,  I have to try to use one of the rod holders.
