Looks good. I smoke my jerky until it's the texture i want. For me when i bend the jerky and it shows splitting fibers is where i like it. That can take 6-8 hours when i smoke at 160-180. It depends on how thick the slices are and humidity outside seems to make a little difference on time too.
 
Good looking smoker!

I smoke my jerky at 145 until it gets the texture I'm looking for.

It usually takes 4 to 5 hours.
