Finally Finished!!! Brisket and friends on a WSM w/Qview.

I finally have time to smoke a brisket for me and the freezer. The brisket is almost to long for the 22' WSM and weighs 17lbs. Did not trim any fat, fat side down. Using lump and hickory. Brisket is on the left.

This is a marathon brisket, should be around 24hrs when finished. I'll post pics when it is done.

The longest smoke of one meat that I have done. It took 24 hours on the WSM and 2 hours resting. So worth it!!. I took extra pic's. Enjoy!!!

Fantastic looking Brisket...24 hours now that is a marathon. Sure looks tender and juicy. Great Looking Smoke.
