Apr 8, 2011 #1 rp ribking Smoking Fanatic OTBS Member 990 26 Joined Oct 29, 2009 I finally have time to smoke a brisket for me and the freezer. The brisket is almost to long for the 22' WSM and weighs 17lbs. Did not trim any fat, fat side down. Using lump and hickory. Brisket is on the left.
