Fillet Mignon (From Leftovers)
I have a bunch of Leftover Beef Tenderloin. Some left over from what I just smoked (Mother's Day), and some left over Raw.
I want to do some Reheating Tests to compare different methods.
So I Sealed up 5 packs of Smoked Beef for the future, and I kept enough out for these two Meals we had within a couple days of the Big Smoked Meal.
So since the weather wasn’t good, I decided to try a couple of indoor heatings.
I did some in my Toaster Oven for one meal, and some more in the Frying Pan.
They were both Great, but since there isn’t any Fat on this Tenderloin, I think I’ll reheat the rest of the Smoked ones in the SV.
I also did some of my favorite "Baked Tater Slices Fried in Butter" to go with my second night's meal.
More about it in my Captions Below.
Thanks for Looking,
Bear
