Attleboro,Ma
Had a small Filet mignon tip in the freezer,so I fired up the Weber kettle.

Used a RO Tumbleweed starter took 20 min. to get up to 218°F

Put the meat on with Mushrooms temp locked in at 221°F

Gave it a little reverse sear when it hit 133°F
let it rest for 15 minutes

Served with Sweet Tater,Green Beans,Mushrooms
Perfectly cooked for us Filet mignon

That meal looks excellent Richie!
I love the flavor of a rib eye, but you can't beat the tenderness of a filet, especially the small end!
