Very nice meal! I have been eyeing the 560, looks like a nice one. Nice to know your enjoying yours. Word has it that sometime this year they will release a 1050 model!

Last I heard maybe around end of May, first of June. Twice the size

Yeah might be a little small for some great for average joe users. The bigger one would be awesome for some of you guys that cook larger stuff as the ease of use is just freaking redonculous.

For the two of us, it's perfect, and with the warming grills I can do a 20 lb brisket on the lower and cook some baked beans and chicken on the upper.
