Hello everyone
It has been a little bit since I have smoked anything but the weather in Michigan has been pretty crazy for February so i decided it was time to smoke some chicken.
I rubbed on some olive oil and then added ,paprika,onion powder,fresh garlic,pepper,thyme,sea salt.
Set the smoker to 250 and smoked intel the it got to 140 in the brest then cranked it up to 350 to finsh . The it was 165 in the breast meat and 175 in the thigh. Let them rest for 15 minutes then enjoyed.
