  1. I have been wanting  featherbones lately so last night so i picked up a 5# box. rubbed em down and ready to go.

    In the smoker at 200 for 2 hours and 230 for an hour.

    Out of the smoker and into foil pans with apple juice and into the oven for 2 hours at 350.

    All sauced up and onto my plate.

    They came out great, first time smoking them and wont be the last. they are in abundance here in Omaha. Up this morning trying to find something around the house to smoke. Suppose to be 77 here today.

  4. Hey Joe they are pork riblets. Farmland puts them out, have had them since i was a little kid around here.
