I remember reading about them when I first got my smoker and wondered what they were. After I made the first one, I was hooked. I love the way you can experiment with things to load into them.

They are really great, and not that hard to do. Go for it.

How true it is "One smoke is one Hooked" so many don't believe it till they smoke that first one then your tring to figure what else you can put in one and when you can use another one. I always run with the breakfast or better yet the baked potatoe fattie. The fillings are endless.
