Made two fatties for the employees for lunch today ! It was a home run !

On with Bell Pepper, Onion, Mushrooms,Garlic, Shrimp and Pepper Jack Cheese. The other had Onion, Mushrooms, Jalapenos, Bell Pepper and Cream Cheese.

I did use venison for the hambuger portion.! Hope you enjoyed as much as we did.
