I'm entertaining the idea of slicing a fatty and using it as a topping on a smoked pizza. Thoughts?

I would fully cook the fattie first.

Fatties make great breakfast sandwiches too. If the fattie has a decent smoke flavor, don't smoke the pizza, its just too much smoke flavor, let the distinct smoke flavor of the fattie compliment your pie.
