Fatty and Stuffed Jalapeno Recipe

I can't find it. I've looked and I'm sure it's right under my nose. But I'm cooking a dozen (or more) racks of the 3-2-1 ribs on the 4th, and want to try the fatty's and bacon wrapped, stuffed jalapeno recipe that I know I've seen here. Can anyone help????? I would be most appreciative.

try the sausage forum & some under pork but a good thread is "another offering to the fatty gods", there's some variations there.
