I'm planning on smoking myself up some pulled pork for fathers day.  I was going to splurge on some fancy pork from a local farm.  Apparently they're "pasture raised heritage breed" pigs.  Given that, would there be any differences in method than for instance the stickyed pulled pork smoke??

Thanks in advance!

I would think there would be no difference except probably taste of the meat. That is something I would love to try one day, a pure farm raised local pork butt to smoke.

Please post any pictures and let us know if there is a difference.
