Oldest son came over this morning and brought 4 butts, on special @ $1.79/lb. He boned them out, trimmed the fat and glands, and chopped them up, total 30 lbs. of meat. Used Butcher-Packer Bratwurst Seasoning to recommended specs and ground once through the coarse plate, then through the stuffer, made 98 links, all quite liberal! I helped a little, but he did all the muscle work and most all the dishes!

He made them for me, his father-in-law, and himself, and we're all going to his house tomorrow so we all can enjoy them! (One thing with brats, don't cook them over hi heat, pan or grill... keep it low-medium otherwise they split waaay open!).
