Hey Yall
I am new here but not new to smoking. I have been grilling/smoking for some 20yrs or so. I am and have been a professional FF for 10yrs now. I currently have a small offset smoker, beginning my 1st RF smoker trailer build, and use my union's 108 Lang Deluxe for the big jobs. I cook for pleasure and charity. I live near Huntsville AL, and spent alot of time last year cooking for the cities that were hit by the April tornados. I am sinner saved by the GRACE of GOD! My priorities are GOD, Family, and everything else.
My builds is starting with a 6' long, 26" diameter, 1/4" rolled steel cylinder.... Now everything else is in the planning stage. Well thats me in a nut shell, glad to be apart.
