We decided to splurge and get good steaks from butcher shop for tomorrow. Somehow that morphed into buying his sirloin burgers, ny striploin and several packs of his custom blends of sausages. We had a "tip jar" from tax season that needed to be spent.
The burger is sirloin with applewood cheddar cheese AND bacon in the patty. I fried up some bacon and topped the burger with applewood cheddar from our favourite cheese monger (both butcher and cheese monger are clients). I grilled up some onion rings to round out the meal. Of course, toasted the buns!
