Fairly New from NE Oregon

Hi to all. Don't know if I ever posted here. I love this forum. It's the best smoking information I think I could find anywhere. I really appreciate the helpfulness and openness of people. I live in North Eastern Oregon in the Blue Mountains and in the last 10 years tend to vacillate between Walla Walla, Spokane, and Missoula. I love smoking but I'm not extremely knowledgeable by any means. We enjoy fishing and there's some hunting going on too so the smoker comes in handy for fish, turkey, and whatever other creative endeavors sound fun. Thanks to those who have help me thus far with my bacon questions (the latest endeavor.) Happy smoking, eating, drinking, and joy of life!
