It all looks good, but what's that in the first pic. It's kinda fuzzy and hard to tell?

My Q has changed over the years too. I’ve not been at it near as long, but over time I have ventured out more, learned a lot more (special thanks to the fine people on this site), I’ve even started making my own sauces and rubs. I think we all probably made a lot more mistakes in the early days, but it was usually still pretty tasty. Everything you’ve got there, past and present, looks good!
