Ever smoked a Flank Steak Roulade?

I have seen some of these roulades and smoking one sounds amazing. anyone tried it?

Why yes,and they are delicious.It's been a while though,and you have reminded me of how good they are.I marinate the steak overnight and twist it up a few hours before smoke time to air in the fridge.Oh,tie the ends tighter than the middle to help stave off the inevitably overstuffed goodness from oozing out.Or better yet don't overstuff and still tie the ends tighter...probably won't happen.

Yes, we just did some with goat cheese and sundried tomatoes.
